It was a great experience to purchase a property through Bendigo Real Estate, Matt was easy to communicate with and not pushy like other agents we had delt with. He was more then happy to answer any questions and if he was unavailable Chloe was happy to assist. The experience went that smoothly we ended up selling with him also.

I was very happy with the communication and accessibility to Matt to answer any questions or concerns I had though out the process. I was very happy with the way he doesn’t play games and just gets the job done, well.

Kaye was a pleasure to deal with. We were particularly grateful for her quick turn around and feedback from the vendors on a variety of questions / queries. She was knowledgeable about the property and the area and facilitate the transaction right to the end.

Marc was a fantastic agent to work with. After only 1 week on the market web received 3 offers for our home. His knowledge of the local market was exceptional. We achieved the result we were after in a very short space of time. Marc responded promptly to all our enquires and his knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the whole process. We felt as though we were listened to and that Marc was there working to support us to achieve our desired outcome. We would not hesitate to enlist the services of Marc again.

Marc is a very personable and competent real estate agent. He was extremely easy to deal with and as I'm not located in the same city as the house, I needed to be confident that my agent would be on top of things. I particularly appreciate how he removed the burden on me, by arranging all elements required pre and post sale. Marc was very communicative and updated me on a regular basis. He had a good feel for what was required in terms of staging, marketing, open-house and negotiations. I would recommend his services to anyone looking to sell their house in partnership with a friendly, down to earth, service-oriented, knowledgable agent.

Nekti and the team at Bendigo Real Estate (with a special mention for Chloe Oliver) were absolutely brilliant to deal with when we sold our house. Their dedication, care and professionalism was second to none. They made sure we were all on the same page every step of the way, going above and beyond to communicate with us or take our calls no matter the time of day. Selling a house can be a stressful process, but Nekti made it seem easy and always had something positive to say. At the same time, he was continually upfront about the realities of selling, our goals, and the current property market. The team at Bendigo Real Estate created an excellent sales campaign for us across social media, inspections, and advertisements. This created a very promising initial surge in interest when our house was officially listed on the market, followed by a sale within 18 days at a price we were very happy with. There is no question in my mind of using any other agent or agency for future real estate purchases or sales. Bendigo Real Estate and Nekti Tzouroutis are the gold standard for real estate in the Bendigo Region.

From the initial meeting with Leonie and Kaye we realised that we were in great hands, no fluffing around down to earth, straight to the point, and advise that proved to be spot on. Communication was a big plus,we were always informed about how the developement of the sale was going from day one, which made the whole process so much more relaxed for what is a stressful time. Honestly could have given more stars!!

Justin was supportive and available to me during the sale process. Communication was really important as I'm an interstate seller, and I was kept in the loop from the start. I am so grateful for everything and highly recommend using Justin and DCK!
