I have sold eight homes but none as smoothly and quickly as this one. Justin was extremely professional, knowledgeable and proactive. His excellent communication and organisational skills were utilised to achieve amazing results. I could not fault his advice and service in any way and would highly recommend him.

We found Nekti very easy to communicate with and a very compassionate and caring man. I had to have an unexpected operation and I found this out on the night that Nekti phoned with an offer which we excepted. This meant our settlement date had to be extended so I was well enough to move. Nekti handled everything and came up with an excellent result for both parties. We had a few open days which were not very good in numbers but Nekti was always positive that there will be a buyer. He stuck with his guns that our price range was correct and the end result we were very happy with. We would recommend Nekit to any future sellers.

As vendors all you want from an agent is honesty, great communication and trust. We were so happy with the quick sale of our home and it was all Thanks to Matt and his Team. They kept us in the loop from the get go and it didn't matter how many times we would contact them, they were always more than happy to chat. We Thank Matt and his team for making selling our home so easy.

I was very pleased with the constant communications from Justin as to how the sale of my property was progressing as well as when the purchaser decided to buy, the signing of the contract of sale and answering any questions that I needed an answer to. I have already recommended him to one of my work colleagues. Thanks very much Justin.

Nekti really is the best of the best when it comes to real estate . Nekti made us feel instantly relaxed and confident that our house would sell . As we had never sold a house before Nekti was fantastic with communication throughout the selling process , making us feel in control at every moment . We were very pleased when our house sold before it hit the market . We can highly recommend Nekti and the wonderful Bendigo real estate team 😀
