“I am the proud owner of “Bennett Family Real Estate” – an independent, family owned and operated agency, specialising in the sale and purchase of properties within the suburbs of Redland City, with specific, specialist knowledge of the Victoria Point and Redland Bay areas. We have a wealth of experience, having sold and bought property internationally, as well as locally ourselves. An agent that never gave up.

Janet was helping us for over a year trying to located a home for us in Victoria point QLD. We had a clear picture of what we needed for our family's forever home and whilst we were still in the process of selling our existing home Janet was in contact regularly. She provide us with her knowledge of the area that we found incredibly helpful. She was informative with guides to the variation of pricing. Janet was always professional and a pleasure to deal with. Our property took a little longer to sell than what we thought but the moment we were ready to buy Janet found us the perfect property within a week. Here friendly nature and her prompt and professional attitude made our the purchase process of our new home so much easier than I expected. Janet is a pleasure to deal with.

Honest Agent

We purchased a property in need of a lot of TLC and upgrades. Janet was open and honest with us - whilst not highlighting or pointing out faults and issues she accurately answered all our questions; this allowed us to make a realistic assessment of the property value (for us at least).
