We have purchased the house of our dreams at Little Mountain and it is all thanks to Jenny. We had spoken to quite a few agents and it was quite difficult to feel like they understood what we were looking for. Jenny “got it” from the very first conversation. We viewed the house on Saturday morning, made an offer half an hour later and by mid-afternoon after some delicate negotiation with the sellers we signed a contract. I guess it is a little unusual for a buyer to be so impressed by an agent but we felt that Jenny acted professionally, promptly and with a real touch of warmth and friendliness.
