Vivek has managed what I believe is next to impossible in the real estate industry, that is to act in the best interests of his vendor but maintain a level of objectivity and honesty when dealing with would-be buyers. His first and foremost role is to ensure the vendor gets the highest possible sell price but knows that in order to two that he needs to also acts the intermediary for the buyer and advises accordingly. He clearly lays out all the terms and goes through them in detail to ensure understanding from all parties concerned and is always honest and direct with his dealings. Highly recommend dealing with Vivek whether you are a vendor or a buyer.
