Vivek is a very professional, straight to point and diligent agent. Should say one of very few I've met in the 6 months I've been looking to purchase a property. In one of the earlier inspections, I happened to get in touch with Vivek. His advise in general on what and how to look for properties as a First home buyer, did change the perspective I've looked at things. It was good I eventually happened to purchase a property which he was dealing with. As every case would be different and would have it's own complexities - especially when the property is currently under a tenancy contract, like was mine. He was pretty helpful through out the process (From signing the contract to the settlement Date) in liaising with various parties and keeping me posted.
