Appraisal process – I really appreciated the fact that Daniel provided a very realistic appraisal value, and we sat down and came up with the estimate together. This meant that throughout the campaign the price positioning and my expectations stayed the same (and even went up a little) rather than being managed down. This was a much more enjoyable and less stressful process! Communication – Daniel is an extremely thorough communicator and provides very detailed feedback via a call after every inspection. He has a strong attention to detail, and gives you all the background (both positive and negative). He is also “on the dot” punctual and always arrives or rings when he says will and gets back to you very promptly. Relationships/Existing database – As Daniel builds such strong relationships with buyers and vendors, he has a very strong database to help market your property.
