We initially wanted to rent our apartment, but it turned out that we changed our mind last minute and found Jody who also works for B&G with Julie - who highly recommended Jody. We were quite picky and set a number of strict conditions when selling the apartment. Jody did explain to us her experience about selling the apartments like ours in that area. We didn't listen and still insisted to sell the apartment at the price we wanted. Jody worked very very hard and created every opportunity to introduce potential buyers to view it. She always gave us updates straight after the views and discussed with us the opportunities and challenges. We knew it was not easy. Eventually, she managed to sell it without auction or anything at the price we think reasonable so that we can repay the mortgage and move on to the next chapter. Qiao was awesome. Very clear and transparent, and not painful to deal with, like other pushy real estate agents. Biggin and Scott had really strong processes in place to ensure nothing was left to chance, and we got a great price for the house. They were aware of competition and adjusted our campaign accordingly. Auction was great, and extracted the best price. Groomed the potential bidders well. Good advice so that we did not spend money in the wrong places. Much better than other agents.
