Grace was involved in the sale of my home and conducted the open home presentations. She offered good insights into how to present the home. After an open for inspection she would update me on the result from the prospective purchaser. She has a lovely friendly manner but also very professional with a good knowledge of sale techniques. She organised a photography session to advertise my home and managed to arrange for someone to take the photos even at short notice. Grace told me the photographer was good but I didn't realise how good until she came to do the session, as she was meticulous in her attention to detail. Both the photographer and Grace did a lot of rearranging to get the best possible photos to present my home. I would highly recommend Grace to sell your home. She and the other agents on the night worked hard to achieve an above expected result on Auction night.

Ming was actually the auctioneer when I purchased my home from Biggin and Scott. At that time he was of course trying to get me to bid higher as in any auction , but at the same time gave me space to think about what I wanted to do. After the purchase I was impressed with his manner which was professional yet friendly as well. Consequently when it came time to sell my home I decided to ask Ming and Biggin and Scott to sell it for me. I felt that Ming was more reliable and trustworthy than some other agents. There was several agents who worked together from Biggin and Scott, however Ming and Grace worked closely on the sale and kept me informed as they went along. An Auction had been planned for my property but then we went into a sudden lockdown the day before my auction. There was a mad scramble by the team to organise an auction on the Friday night prior to lockdown, instead of the Saturday as scheduled. Ming and team worked together to get a very successful sale price for me, well above what was expected. Thank you so much.

Having previously bought a house from Grace acting on behalf of a previous vendor, I found her to be very forthcoming and ethical in her standards from a realty perspective. I contacted Grace on behalf of my parents whom wanted to sell their property. As expected, Grace was instrumental in helping my parents sell their home even though they were abroad and had very limited knowledge in doing so. Grace is not just an agent for the sole purpose of selling a home, but she was there to help my parents by providing them recommendations for conveyancers, accountants, building inspectors, trades people, etc. An agent that is there for you every step of the way. You pay for what you get and her services certainly reflected that. My parents were happy and did not expect to sell their property more than what was listed as the average sale price. We are extremely happy that we came across her services through Biggins Scott. I highly recommend her services for your needs.
