We selected Lily to sell our property based on her sales history within the local area and her professional approach. Along the way, there were some challenges (in relation to the process) that needed to be worked through and resolved. I am a picky guy. I compared dozens of agents, eventually I chose Lily, cause as her potential buyer before, I realized she look after vendor all the time and always sold the properties with good price.
