Ming and his team were attentive with quick responses and feedback to us throughout the campaign. At the weekly meetings we received all the information we required and all our questions were answered. We were prepared for the Auction process, so there were no suprises on the day. On Auction Day we were pleasantly surprised that there were 5 bidders - we didn't think that we had so many interested. We trusted Ming's advice throughout and we relied upon it. The only minor criticism was the number of private inspections, but in the end the probably helped with the successful sale.
