From our first meeting with Ming, he displayed his knowledge of client feed back and market trends. He explained what would happen over the four week campaign with great detail. He always kept us up to date as to what was happening with our property. We found Ming to be a man with great integrity and we had every confidence in his ability to sell our property. We chose to place our property with Ming, as he assisted us with advice before we had even commenced our project. We found him to be open and communicative, with a very deep knowledge and understanding of the market in our area. We chose Ming to act as our primary agent after interviewing a number of local agents. He had a clear plan for the marketing of our property. The 'open for inspections' were very well attended and Ming or one of his colleagues always reported back on each inspection. His creative use of video in our on-line marketing platform was most effective, as was his liaison with the local newspaper -he managed to negotiate our property to be the lead article in the local Leader Newspaper Real Estate supplement. We managed to sell our property before auction for a most satisfactory price. My wife and I have no reservation in recommending Ming as an outstanding agent.

I was very happy with Ming's communication, professionalism and quick sale. I found that his administration team could improve their communication tactics with emails & sms & clarity of documentation. When important documents need approval quickly a call would be preferable to ensure this happens in time. Not everybody sits infront of their computer checking emails hourly, this delayed the For Sale board being installed prior to open house inspection. Over all a very friendly & pleasant team to work with.
