Lily offered exceptional service during the recent sale of our much loved home. She can speak five languages and is a highly experienced agent, which showed in all aspects of our campaign. She is warm yet professional in her dealings with all people, well presented and was a wonderful representative of our home. Hard working and extremely organized, she published upfront the eight open for inspection dates/times in the lead up to our planned auction date. This may seem standard, but we have since noticed some other agents in the Vermont area do not do this. Even the auction date is not listed after weeks of a property being on the market. This would no doubt lead to confusion among potential buyers and make it more difficult for them to inspect the property leading to purchase. Lily is tremendously responsive, ensuring she follows up on every single inquiry. In contrast to some other agents in the area (we tested). We met Grace first time at one of the open inspection when my daughter was looking for a property to buy. At the very first glance we were impressed with the Grace's professional attitude towards us. She was open courteous and willing to help us. She spent fair amount of time with us. Unfortunately property got sold at a unbelieveable price at the auction. From that point onwards Grace helped us taking through various properties she had. At this time my daughter and I decided to sell our investment property through the Grace. We had a meeting with Grace and she took us through all the aspects of selling the property at the auction. She was thorough in her approach. We signed the contract on the same night and the campaign for the auction started in a week's time. She immediately managed to get the property pictures, the auction board at the front od the property, brochure etc. She consulted us throuout this process and it was pleasing experience. For every open inspection she was present herself at the property. At the end of the inspection she sent us a written report with statistics and her comments. We had couple of meetings in the period of four weeks. The day before the auction, we had a meeting with her manager and herself and explained us about what would occur at the auction. On the auction day, Grace and her team was there to take the potential buyers through the property and answer any queries. We set the reserve price and soon the auction started. The auction lasted for about 25 minutes and property was sold to our satisfaction. Grace is true champion and team player. She communicates effectively with patience and understands her clients needs and help them with a clear resolution. I don' have any hesitation in recommending her service to anyone.
