I am quite dissatisfied with Jody Yuan for selling a property for me. It was a very bad experience. She seems to be very caring and concerned at first, but what she did was completely different from what she said. She kept using various methods to lower our price expectations. Lack of sales ability and negotiation skills. 1. On Auction Day, none of the 3 potential bids she mentioned turned up on the auction. Due to the property being sold at a poor price, we requested not to disclose the price on the website before the settlement, but it displayed the sold price on the following day of the Auction. 2. After auction negotiation with the highest bidder, they told us that they have reached their ability limitation, and asked us to directly negotiate with the buyer for a better price. 3. On the settlement day, 16 minutes before the scheduled settlement time, sent us an email to our email requesting our bank account details while we are working. They even did not bother to call us to let us know. We feel the team is extremely unprofessional. If you choose them to sell your property, then good luck to you.

Due to rising interest rates, our property value dropped significantly and our first auction was passed in. However we were still keen to sell the house. Katherine recommended us to put the property through the second auciton. To prepare for the second auction, Katherine opened the house almost everyday and promptly made appointments with all potential buyers.
