Lily is a true professional. During her initial inspection, she provided suggestions on how to improve the presentation of our property, and we heeded her advice. We were first time vendors, and appreciated Lily’s advice on what was required from a conveyancing aspect. Lily reported to us following every inspection, as well as regular reports on the number of website hits, price ranges of comparable properties, new properties entering the market, and market trends. Lily provided feedback, good and not so good, from potential buyers who inspected our property, and shared with us who she felt was genuinely interested, and as it turned out, she was right about the winning bidder. Lily worked hard on following up interested parties prior to auction day. On the day of the auction, we had a new genuine bidder which drove the price up and achieved a sale price far exceeding our expectations, and we were ecstatic. Lily’s service didn’t cease there, she provided information on what the next steps would be, and advice on what our responsibilities are until settlement date such as retaining insurance and utilities for the property. Another main point I was impressed by was how Lily stayed true to her estimated market value, despite comparable properties entering the market with lower price ranges. We would highly recommend Lily, she’s a straight shooter, very experienced, and exactly who anyone would need to sell their property.
