This enthusiasm was born out by excellent communication of the market's degree of interest in the subject property during the marketing campaign, making it easier for the vendor to set and achieve the reserve on auction day. George knocked on my door one day and asked if I had thoughts of selling my house. I had been thinking about it for some time and was in the process of getting permits and plans to sell with my home. I had many agents approach me with the same offer and I had some not so good experiences with agents in the past so I was just going to leave till the new year but when I met George I somehow had a good feeling about him. We agreed to sell off market and off he went on a mission to sell my property. I made it very clear to George and Steve what I wanted for my home so they did not come to me with unreasonable offers as other agents had done in the past. George stayed in touch with me with updates daily, which I liked. His communication was open and honest at all times so I was confidence that he was working for me. A great result, I am happy to have my house sold before Christmas and it was all made so easy, with no stress thanks to George. Much appreciated
