Great agent

David has looked after my unit for ages as a rental, and helped with the recent sale. I was very pleased with the sale and the process, very easy and kept informed along the way. Top shelf real estate professional

David and his team at Biggin & Scott were outstanding in the journey selling our house. Being overseas nothing was a problem and they helped introduce people to get the house ready, staged and handled every aspect of the transaction professionally to a very high standard. In a tough Auction market for $2m+ properties we sold the same day at a great price with clear communication throughout. Recommend to anyone in the Bay Area.

Wonderful support

David has been my rental agent for a number of years looking after my property and securing me good tenents. When it came time to sell the flat he couldn't have been more helpful. Despite tough market conditions he and the team worked really hard to get me a sale and I couldn't have asked for more.
