Matthew dealt with a delicate situation (my Aunt having to reluctantly sell her property for health reasons, and then dying early in the process) sensitively and professionally. His dealings with my Aunt (through me as Enduring Power of Attorney, and then as Executor of her Will) were caring and responsive to her (and my) concerns. His market knowledge was excellent and up to date. He proposed an excellent strategy and carried it through despite the changing circumstances. He maintained strong communications with me as Power of Attorney and then Executor of my Aunts Will throughout the process, including during a period of my absence overseas.
