By the time we were ready to sell our home we were already living interstate due to a move with work. As a result after we had prepared our house for viewing we were unable to maintain it for each open house. Matt was always there early, sweeping and cleaning prior to scheduled open homes and was quick to jump on the phone and give us an update on people who had viewed the property and prognosis going forward after each opening. This was incredible peace of mind for us in what would have otherwise been a stressful situation.
