1 - Invite a few agents to provide an appraisal. 2 - Look at the appraisal and compare how the agent express themselves and explain what they actually offer! This is where Thom stood out with the Marketing strategy and keeping the seller informed with feedback.Thom actually did everything that he said he would do at the appraisal. 4- Thom was very professional. His warm and freindly nature made it easy to approach him with any question. He was vary clear when explaining any matter. 5 - Great end result sale of houses.
