We had only minimal contact with Michael - at two open inspections as I recall. Hence the above star rating is only superficial at best. As a purchaser of the property, as opposed to being a seller, we did not expect to have any sort of close relationship. We are in the process of selling a property at the moment and we would feel more comfortable writing a report on the performance of our selling agent.
