I wanted to engage Mario based on his overall track record, especially in Inner South. I was not disappointed. He has excellent local knowledge and a friendly, engaging manner. He also had a good sense of the value of the house three months out from sale--no mean achievement in the 2021 market. The campaign was well-conducted and he was obviously a very capable auctioneer.
