No pool, but we're happy!
We instructed Mario to sell our house, after he successfully sold my mum's house, not long before we went on the market.
From the moment Mario step inside our house, it was obvious that he was not just interested in selling our house, he was passionate about it. Our children would get excited if we said "Mario is coming over" and they would each take turns at showing Mario their toys or telling him about their day. He was genuinely interested in our family life and where we would move on to next, after selling our house. Because it was the height of summer when we were selling, Mario felt bad that we didn't have a swimming pool to retreat to. Our initial instructions to Mario was to "get enough for us to build a pool for the kids at our new house'.
Before we had our photos taken and we officially went on the market, Mario visited us at home numerous times to advise us on what minor improvements we would need to make to the house, to get the best possible price. When we completed all the 'action items', we had our photos taken, which were so amazing, we would've bought the house ourselves, if we didn't already own it! We had the usual advertising campaign with a six week lead up to an auction. At every open home we had a lot of interested parties view the property. Unfortunately our auction was not successful, but we did sell a short time after. We didn't end up with the pool (which we still joke with Mario about), however, we were happy with the price that we got.
We would recommend Mario to anyone looking for an agent who is engaged, passionate and willing to go the extra mile to achieve fantastic results.
