I would recommend Debbie to anyone thinking of selling, but also thinking of buying. I found her to be honest, caring and most importantly trustworthy. She had a great balance between the buyers interest and the sellers interest. Debbie was easy to contact, quick to respond, but most importantly took an interest in you as a person. Debbie made the experience of buying, which can be daunting and stressful, very easy and seamless. She has a great eye for detail and, without expecting a lot of money to be spent on readying the property, she makes excellent suggestions for small improvements that make a lot of difference. Debbie's other special skill is in negotiating and reading the feelings of both vendor and buyer.
