I had been sprucing up and general maintenance around my mothers house in Queanbeyan for 11 weeks to put it on the market, not having lived in the area for 42 years I had no idea what the house would be worth. Explained everything to me in plain English and I was very comfortable around him, as we live in Queensland I was worried that I would need to be close by but he has kept me informed and on top of things every step of the way.
