Lou Baldan displayed an excellent understanding of the market. At all times he was very professional and responsive. Lou regularly engaged with me to keep me fully appraised with progress on the marketing, interaction with prospective buyers, and subsequent sale. Initiative and willingness to actively engage were what set Lou apart from the other agents I considered using to sell my house.

Alex worked hard with us to ensure that our first family home got passed on to the perfect buyers, who will no doubt be a perfect fit for the street, but also the broader community. We are in\credibly grateful for her ongoing support, weekly reports, ongoing advice against the current market and willingness to help us assess different potential long-term strategies for us. You will be in incredibly safe hands with Alex and her team.

Lou is a very experienced and professional real estate agent. He will get to know you and your property so as to optimise it for sale. During the sale process he keeps you up to date every step of the way. He is well support by the rest of the team at Blackshaw’s Queanbeyan. I would recommend him if you want your property to be sold by a professional.

Alex is professional, honest and driven to help get you all the information you could possibly need for your home. If she doesn't know the answer, she'll tell you and then find out everything she can for you. She doesn't pester or badger and on more than one occasion she has responded outside of work hours to a last minute inquiry. If you're lucky enough to have her as your agent, you're in good hands.

Responsive to messages, communicated well by email, were very helpful in arranging pre-exchange inspection, assisted in enabling access to the building/pest report inspector, prompt in getting necessary documents to lawyers and lenders.

James made a daunting experience very easy. He was knowledgeable about the market and gave us great advice. James had answers to all our questions, was diligent, and very contactable/lovely to communicate with. James also provided us with helpful updates along the way. We feel James went above and beyond to help get our house sold. Very happy and highly recommend!

We have been blessed to engage Alex for a few real estate transactions over the years so when it came to selling my family home there was no question as to who we would list with... her knowledge of the local market, her professionalism, her preparation and her years of experience shone through as she negotiated a very quick sale at an excellent price! 1000 percent recommended!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Lou to sell our home and we couldn’t be happier with the experience or the outcome. This is the second time we have sold with Lou, and his professionalism and expertise are second to none. The entire process was smooth and stress free and we would highly recommend Lou to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Knowledgeable, helpful, professional and friendly, it was a pleasure working with James. Having previously been through a rather awful experience with an agent from another real estate company, our interactions with James and Alex were just delightful. Any questions or requests were dealt with promptly and his approach in regards to the purchase of our new home was not only professional but welcoming and kind. In short, what can be an extremely stressful time when purchasing your first home was made so easy with absolutely zero stress. I would have no hesitation both using or recommending James in the future. Thanks James and Alex, very much appreciated.
