As an owner who moved overseas whilst selling, this is nervewracking when you hand someone the keys to your house. James was amazing! Totally trustworthy. What more? Well... Not many can work so well, be so reliable, and adaptable in such a difficult market as is currently. Working endlessly to find the best outcome for the requirements of selling the house, James was able to fuse the requirements of the vendor (us) and the buyer in a way that ensured all parties were able to match their goals.
