Alex & James have been truly fantastic right from the start. I knew the second I walked into the apartment I purchased I was desperate to call it home. I expressed the trouble I have had in finding a place and the many disappointing outcomes I have been through. I was really losing hope and drive to purchase until I found this place and Alex couldn't have been more understanding and on my side. Of course, selling is about making the sellers happy, but the true care she has shown towards me made me feel like she was on my team too! Both James & Alex answered all communication from me so promptly and James even arranged a time for me to come and get my dream sold sign photo, something he certainly did not have to do but I am extremely grateful for.
