I was seeking an agency who made it their mission to move a parcel of land in an area flooded with land for sale. I needed the confidence in a agency and was eager to above and beyond to get the job done and be hungry in a difficult market. The Blackshaw team was successful in meeting my request and did so with a sincerest level of customer centricity and business professionalism. Although the market dictated net result that could have been better, the teams efforts to get a sale done swiftly was a main focal point and extremely appreciated as a vendor.

Alex & James have been truly fantastic right from the start. I knew the second I walked into the apartment I purchased I was desperate to call it home. I expressed the trouble I have had in finding a place and the many disappointing outcomes I have been through. I was really losing hope and drive to purchase until I found this place and Alex couldn't have been more understanding and on my side. Of course, selling is about making the sellers happy, but the true care she has shown towards me made me feel like she was on my team too! Both James & Alex answered all communication from me so promptly and James even arranged a time for me to come and get my dream sold sign photo, something he certainly did not have to do but I am extremely grateful for. Overall these too are a dream team and I will certainly be using them when the time comes for me to sell. Thank you for everything! I would highly recommend anyone to use your services.
