I have a quick story about the trepidation with the thought & emotional stress of selling a family home. To (in the end) our family having wonderful experience provided by Lou & team at Blackshaws QBN. First meeting day one to settlement date the communication was first class. Everything explained clearly from the get go. Costs, expected market price & actions required by us (the vendors) was clearly communicated.
