Lawrence was a pleasure to deal with during the purchase of our new property in Garran. From the first open home we attended, through to signing the contract, Lawrence didn't apply any pressure, but rather, was always available to answer questions and show us through the property out of hours to help us decide if it was the right house for us. I would highly recommend Lawrence to anyone looking to work with a genuine and experienced real estate agent to purchase or sell a property.

Lawrence has been a very open and helpful agent throughout the whole selling process. He has been very responsive and in a timely manner to my queries and concerns, which is very appreciative. His professionalism has made the whole process less stressful, as he takes the time to clearly explain the process and adapts his communication to me (English as 2nd language) so that I can understand what is occurring and what is next. His commitment to delivering great service has been great and at times he has gone above and beyond which is very appreciative and has made the selling process more positive and less stressful. Lawrence is a real estate agent that I would 100% recommend to friends and family.

Lawrence was great to deal with. He was highly professional, very attentive and responsive. We felt that we could trust his advice and expertise and that he genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us possible. We were also very pleased with how Blackshaw marketed our property. We would be happy to recommend Lawrence to others wanting to sell their home.

Lawrence made buying my first house a lot easier than I had anticipated. I had heard lots of horror stories from friends and family regarding pushy or self-serving real estate agents but Lawrence had none of that. He was always easy and more importantly available to talk to when we had any questions or queries . He also arranged in his own time for us to visit the property again upon our request. If you need an agent who is not pushy and goes above and beyond whats needed then Lawrence is your guy.
