Robert provided honest advice and eased our fears of selling, as we were selling our property of 50 years. He explained all details of the process in a clear manner, and conducted the Auction with a focus on receiving a good result. We would recommend Robert to other potential sellers.

As the buyer, Robert was very quick in asking my questions of the seller, and getting answers back. Negotiations were smooth. There were some hiccups with settlement but they weren't Robert's fault and he assisted to smooth things through as much as he could.

During this uncertain time we found Robert to be informative, knowledgeable and approachable. He kept us up to date with progress and remained positive throughout. Excellence can be hard to find but Robert is definitely in that category. We would highly recommend him.

Rick is an excellent agent with great knowledge and understanding of property. He was quite accessible, flexible and always available to talk. We Wish him all the very best in future deals.

Rick certainly knows the market. Our property was professionally marketed, with regular open days. As promised, he always reported back after open days, with useful advice. He responded quickly to calls. At the point of deciding on our estate agent, we found the Marketing Schedule, with its compact summary of options available to us, superior to the information format presented by the other candidate.

He was always very reassuring and we ended up with over $45,000 more than what we were aiming for.
