It was so nice to deal with someone who didn't muck me about. I had a bad experience with another real estate and so I said to Eric, please be honest and straight forward with me and he was. It was such an easy and honest conversation, that I signed paperwork that day to purchase the home. During the whole time that I was trying to get a loan, he was supportive and encouraging. I can't thank him enough.

I just recently used Robyn to purchase a home. Robyn was efficient and her knowledge of the area helped me in making the purchase . I would use Robyn if I were to one day sell in the future , highly recommend .

From start to finish, Morghan at Bob Davey real estate was a pleasure to deal with when selling our investment property. Morghan regulary got in contact with me through the process with updates, which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend Morghan and Bob Davey if you were thinking of selling or buying a property.

Very flexible and good at solving obstacles along the way, market was down for a bit, but we got there in the end. During the time the house was on the market Lynn helped with keeping it rented out and went above and beyond, keeping tenants happy!

I went to Bob to ask advice about selling our house. His knowledge about the housing market helped me to decide to choose him as my agent. He went straight to work and within a short time, he had found a buyer. For us it was hasselfree. We sold our house quickly and for a good price. Thank you Bob, you were excellent.
