I was impressed with the accessibility of information and ease of the whole selling process. Morghan was enthusiastic and a delight to work with, keeping me updated daily on the progress of the sale, with regular check ins to ask how I was going and maintaining her availability for any queries. I highly recommend Morghan as a selling agent and Bob Davey Real Estate and staff for friendliness and professionalism.

Robyn was excellent from start to finish, especially because we couldn’t be there that much, she took control of everything, from removal and cleanup to readying the place for sale, even helped us sell the car. She also juggled 5 or 6 offers and made the sale for us above our asking price, we are really grateful Robyn was in our corner.

Jess was prompt in coming around after we notified her about us wanting to sell our residence. Jess came around with the paperwork which we read and signed and things progressed quickly from that point. We were away a fair amount of the time but we’re kept up to date with phone calls. It was was a quick sale and we got the price we wanted for the residence which was great. Jess put us in touch with a good settlement agent which made things easy in that aspect as well.

Lynne was so patient with us. Lynne provided us with local contacts and information. Lynne made the buying of our property so easy and was even guiding us with the sale of our previous residents as we did not have the same services from the selling agent. I will recommend Lynne for buying and selling your property.
