In such a crazy seller's market, it is very rare to find a rational and considerate real estate agent who balances the interests of the Buyer and Seller and I can confidently say, Ivana is one such agent. Our experience working with Ivana was nothing but great and I would strongly recommend her!

Ivana was very professional from the day I meet her at an open house inspection, at a time when I started to research the area and the opportunities of purchasing a property. Even though I was not ready to purchase at the time, Ivana knew what I was looking for, stayed in touch and was updating me with the opportunities until the property I really wanted to purchase get into the final stages of completion. She then guided me through the steps needed to secure the property and assisted me throughout the process to make it as smooth as possible as I was selling and purchasing my new home at the same time. Ivana continues to assist me and responds very promptly to any query I have related to the property. I am happy to recommend Ivana to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell a property.

Ivana went absolutely beyond the call of duty to make the sale easy and stress free for all parties involved. She continuously worked around the clock to keep communication between all parties seamless and ensured everyone was kept abreast of any updates no matter how big or small. Ivana's professionalism and warm nature made dealing with her an absolute pleasure. She worked hard to ensure everything was handled by herself often travelling out of her way late at night without inconveniencing us at any point however ensuring we were kept in the loop every step. Choosing to go with Boka Real Estate and having Ivana manage the second sale for our family has just solidfied our decision to never use another agent again as the service she has provided along with her industry knowledge and care she has shown throughout the entire process has only gotten better over the years. I would highly highly recommend Boka Real Estate and Ivana Robinson to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. Ivana is professional, caring, diligent, highly communicative and informative in every way. There is absolutely nothing that is too much or too hard for Ivana. We have recommended Ivana to some close friends who share the exact same sentiments so i feel we have found an agent for life! She not only got our property settled in record time without any stress but also achieved a market record for our property which was beyond our expectation. A week after meeting Ivana and Christina they had buyers coming through our property to inspect, and to our surprise we received several offers. We had offers before we signed any agency agreement or even decided on an agent to sell our property. We managed to sell our property within 3 weeks of meeting Ivana and without having to open for inspection, advertise or auction. Ivana presents as a professional and going by her network of buyers, is leading the industry with her different approach. We were delighted with her service and recommend Boka Real Estate to anyone who wants to sell their home without any fuss or inconvenience.
