After some true horror stories searching for our first home, Ivana made the process simple, honest, and easy. We originally viewed the property 2 months ago and when we advised Ivana of our feedback she was understanding and obviously took that feedback to the developer as when we returned in June, many changes were made to make the space more liveable. Defects from the building report were resolved with little issue and Ivana made herself available to allow entry to any trades for quotes without question.
