From the beginning of the sale, until the end, not only was I well informed, I was updated regularly. Received weekly e-mails showing spread sheets, which had an abundance of info in regards to potential buyers, and any interest my house was generating. I was also kept informed, via frequent phone calls on who was interested and why, and who wasn’t interested and why. Ivana and Christina were not only friendly, but professional. Their positive and fervent attitude throughout the sale, gave me much confidence we would get a result, and we did. Another thing I really liked was their transparency/honesty, which I believe is a rare thing in real estate. They were straight up with me right from the get go, and I strongly believe that the ‘no sale no fees’ agreement that Boka implement, was the catalyst for this. In my opinion, it kept the girls honest, motivated and committed to sale of my house, which in turn gave me a stress free experience. I was able to relax, kick back and let the girls do their thing. All in all, a successful experience and outcome. Strongly recommend and will definitely use again in the future if need be. Thanks girls. DOBRO DOBRO!!

Ivana was very professional and personable in our dealings with her over our new property purchase. She was accommodating to our requests to view the property outside of the inspection times which made the purchase of the property a relatively easy and calming process especially as this was the first time in nearly 20 years that we had bought property. Even now some 2 months after we have moved in she is still very communicative in all our dealings.

I don’t normally take time to write reviews as I have a very busy lifestyle, but my experience with Ivana deserves a mention. Having dealt with several agents in the past in both buying and selling, I found her efforts in selling my property went above and beyond what I expected from her. Ivana sold my property in record time, getting above my expected price, even though the market dipped at the time. She dealt with my tenant really well to ensure ample viewings, and engaged all potential buyers even before the first viewing. She kept me informed of progress the entire way, and was always responsive to my enquiries. Was a pleasure having her as my Agent, and I highly recommend her. Will definitely be using her for future sales of my properties. She is an asset to her Agency.
