It was a pleasure working with Tony and Nicola. Not only are they lovely people to deal with, but they gave first rate advice. I was considering renovating prior to selling, and they visited the property and gave very clear, actionable advice about what renovations to do to improve the house and sale value. The renovations well and truly paid off and I’m delighted with the outcome. I would highly recommend engaging them before embarking on a renovation and sale.

Working with Steven and Sandy from Bourkes Real Estate has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. Their deep knowledge of the market was evident in every step of the process, and their ability to translate that expertise into clear, practical advice made a real difference for us. Their blend of experience, integrity, and genuine dedication makes them stand out in the industry. I couldn’t recommend them more highly to anyone looking to buy or sell with trusted, knowledgeable, and personable real estate agents. Thank you!

From our first meeting, Tony was attentive and understood what we were hoping to achieve when selling our house. He was very easy to deal with and kept us up to date the whole way through the process, from our initial enquiry all the way through to settlement. Tony and Nicola's experience and connections within the Como area helped us market the property to a wide audience of potential buyers, and the end result was selling for a figure well above what we were initially hoping. We would strongly recommend utilising their expertise when selling a property.

Tony and his co partner gave me a good experience with the sale of my home as this is my very first time selling a home in 40 years. He has good market knowledge, communicates clearly and displays a high level of professionalism. Both are very caring and provided all the information I need.

From the start of our first meeting we knew that we had a very experienced team on our side. With Steven and Sandra what they know about the realestate business is unreal. And even to helping us to buy our next home there services did not stop I can highly recommend Burkes Realestate and Steven and Sandra

We were very skeptical when we started looking for an agent to sell our home, we saw a few of Steven’s signs around, looked at his reviews and booked a time to meet with him. From that first meeting we knew Steven was our agent! Professional, polite and tentative to our questions or concerns. The process was explained to us and our expectations were managed around the process and what it would look like. Then came Sandra and Alexandra. Who were clear, precise and excited to work with us. We loved the fact we were kept in communication with what was happening from the first offer to accepting. Which was great, because we were not left wondering where things were or guessing. Selling in the current environment means you have a lot of buyers, willing to pay the price. To me that part is easy. It’s the service, care and support we invested in. We never felt rushed to make decisions and the team was always very respectful that we were both the seller and respectful of us both needing to make a decision. Which I hold in very high regard. On finding our new home, settlement and moving day we felt supported. Even if we needed advice on the other end when things got tricky. We didn’t just find someone to sell our house, we got a professional team who has integrity right from the beginning! If you’re looking for someone to sell your home, look no further- you found him! Thanks again Steven, Sandra and Alexandra :)

Mary and I have worked with Ryan to sell 2 properties and been very happy with the results both times. He is very easy to talk to and attentive to our questions ,we asked for a valuation on both properties and what we needed to do to make them ready for sale , Ryan gave a sale price range and list of options to make them ready for sale . He gave us options on the method of sale . The results were far beyond our highest expectations on both occasions , giving use the financial security we wanted in retirement . we have recommended him and his office co-workers to friends and relatives
