Tony and Nicola were available at any time to answer or clarify our questions. Tony’s Marketing strategy worked wonders and was tailored to the current market, suburb & property. Tony clearly explained the (new to us) process for online offers prior to the offer closing date which was very different to when we last sold a property (10+ years ago). We had additional considerations due to selling the property on behalf of somebody else which required an additional level of empathy and communication which Tony and Nicola provided in abundance. I would highly recommend Tony and Nicola.
