Extremely Professional and a pleasure to deal with.

After the disappointment of missing out on a property I put an offer in for last year that Tony was the Agent for, Tony always endeavoured to keep me in the loop for any other opportunities thereafter and tailored it to understanding the type of properties I was looking for. In the case of this property in Como, it all started when he personally called me a few months before it was about to officially become available for Sale to see if I was interested which I really appreciated. I am very thankful to Tony and Nicola for their part in the process of this Sale being a smooth experience and were always super approachable and available for any questions I asked about the property throughout the period of when I came to the first Inspection, putting my offer in and Settlement after as well. I also appreciated how flexible they were with when the Final Inspection would take place especially as I pushed for early Settlement, and being on top of overseeing outstanding repairs that needed to be done before the end of settlement. I am very happy with my new home that ticked a lot boxes for me and the final sale price agreed upon, thank you Tony and Nicola!

Tony and his team are professional, responsive and reliable
Tony and his team are on the ball throughout the whole process. I don't feel the need to keep following up and asking for status update. They also help project manage minor renovations we did on the property. Sally (a member of Tony's team) is super organised and helpful. A minor feedback would probably be on the closing process where in hindsight I'd probably benefit from more time in considering the offer (accept/counter). But overall still happy with the professionalism and reliability of Tony and his team. Highly recommended for people who want a stress-free selling process in South Perth & Como area.
