Very Professional and Great Communication

Make it happen Milly

There were some reasonable buyer concerns about our place - no view and a car stacker were deal breakers for some. Milly was quick to adjust to the realities of the moment and made sure all that could be done was done to get the place sold. Pragmatic, practical and to the point, Milly enabled us to sell in a depressed (depressing for sellers!) market and get what was reasonable when compared to sale prices of other units in the area. Those selling for more either had more bathrooms, more space and/or a good view. Milly gave good advice and helped get every done that needed doing.
