From the first day I met Peter, I could feel that he is a professional, reliable, and has extremely comprehensive understanding of Docklands community. From the valuation of my property to the current market analysis, he explained everything with his rich expertise in the area, I deeply felt that he was the real estate agent I was looking for. Soon after meeting him, I left Australia, even though I felt very much at ease. Because he had excellent planning and rhythm in every aspect of real estate sales and strong networking with professionals in the industry, from cleaning, painting, picture taking, and to inspections afterwards. Even when inspections were limited due to pandemic in Melbourne, I still get messages telling me how many groups of potential buyers came and their feedback on my property on every single inspection. Then lockdown followed, during this though time, he still contacted me consistently telling me what happened in Melbourne and how is the current market with patience. Basically, he did not make me feel that I was in overseas and there were absolutely no barriers in communication between us. Before signing the contract, he actively coordinated with me and the buyer, so that both parties felt very satisfied and comfortable. It was such a wonderful experience working with Peter and it probably the best choice I made in 2021.
