Great to work with and knows the market very well!
Peter was great to work with, process was seamless and given where the market was we were happy with the outcome, given I have previously worked for a real estate agent I was a bit hesitant using Bow as the company was not known to me, however my reservation were not warranted, Peter knows the Carlton area well provided you have realistic expectations you won’t be disappointed.

An exceptional agent who eats, breathes and sleeps his profession
Peter has gone above and beyond with his level of service and professionalism. His knowledge and experience of the area, the potential buyers and even building management has been exemplary. Great Work and great price!
Mr Peter Doan from Bow Residential has been a great help for the sale of our Melbourne property despite us not being in the country! We met with some hiccups prior with another agency firm and his trustworthy and responsible assistance has given us the assurance. Excellent market knowledge and honourable way of conducting business
Having been an investor and multiple home owner for over 30 years, I think Peter is the first agent that I have been able to fully trust. His market knowledge and honourable way of conducting business showed me that he cares for all parties involved not just the person paying the bill. I can't recommend Peter highly enough and will certainly be using his services again in the future.

Nice and easy
It was an easy process selling our apartment with Peter. He offered no sale no cost contract which gave us confidence that he would sell. And yes, it was sold within 3 weeks. The sold price was higher than other units sold in the building. so we are happy with the result. His commission fee is quite reasonable as well. Would recommend him to other vendors!

Couldn’t think of a better agent to work with

Peter is a Rockstar Agent!
Peter is one of the best agents I have dealt with. He is committed to getting the best results and goes above and beyond to do so. To quote a specific example, Peter suggested great ideas to improve the presentation of the apartment I was selling. He also physically assisted me with staging the place including inflating the air mattress etc. He then worked tirelessly to secure a sale and succeeded in doing so.
