I was desperately looking for a management agency a few months ago and came across Bowmans. And thank the lord I did. Jenna, Michelle and Maxine have been absolute life savers for me. Over the past few months, I've had major renovations happening across two of my units and they've been so supportive in coordinating getting the work done. As of two weeks ago, one of them got rented to these two wonderful ladies, which has helped so much from a cash flow perspective. They're kind, intelligent and have great communication skills which has made this rather stressful process, less so. I appreciate everything they've done and hope to be with them for the foreseeable future.

The Bowmans team have been managing our properties for nearly 10 years. They are easy to work with, professional, knowledgeable on the local rental market and tenancy laws, and are genuinely nice people who have helped us limit our vacancy rate and ensured maintenance issues were promptly fixed.
