From the first contact with Maxine I was able to see the knowledge Maxine has of the local real estate market. Maxine took the the time to look at the whole property to fully understand not just the value of the house, but the lifestyle that a potential purchaser could have in the property. From here Maxine and her team were able to create a marketing plan, set a price that would attract purchasers and undertake successful inspections. Maxine and her team at Bowman's were able to take complete control of the negotiations and delivered an exceptional result, to which I can only praise Maxine and her team. However the best part of the whole experience for me was the super friendly nature of the team that ensured the selling process was smooth.

We had our inspection with Maxine's team - Michelle and Jenna and fell in love with our house right from the start. Its not perfect, but it's perfect for us. And it is exactly what we want- something we can transform into our one day family home. We've already started our transformation. We were lucky enough to have everything happen so quickly and smoothly and we moved in before covid started to affect us all- talk about perfect timing. Thank you so much for all your help and the tips we were given. Michelle had said 'If you were to drive past in 6 months time and see someone else in that house, if you think you'll be disappointed, then that's the house you want to go for. If you will see it and not be bothered by it, then its not the right one.' This is something that we took on board as great advice, and overall, couldn't be happier with our decision.
