Robyn is extremely professional in all her dealings and responds to any queries / incidents in a very quick turnaround time Robyn follows through on the issue until resolved and takes the time and effort in following up post the resolution of the task at hand. BradfieldCleary was recommended to us by our Strata Manager when we decided to rent out our Coogee Apartment. BC have provided us with a very professional service firstly in finding and vetting of our tenant and then in the continued supervision of their lease. Any administrative or maintenance issues relating to the lease that have arisen have been addressed immediately to the satisfaction of all concerned. I have been leasing through BC for almost 4 years and found Damian wonderful to deal with as my Property Manager. He is efficient, pro-active and seems to be work in the interest of not only the Landlord but the Tenant. All repairs have been actioned quickly without any issue. He comes across caring, responsive and concerned. I honestly wouldn't lease from anyone else other than BradfieldCleary in the future given the excellent dealings I have had with the office over the years.
