Mark is a fantastic agent. From the minute we decided to sell he was 100% on the job helping to organise painters, floor sanders, builders and other tradesmen. He gave us great advice about preparing our property to maximise the selling price. His eye for detail meant that our photos were fabulous and our place looked amazing. We engaged Bradfield Cleary to sell our property having been impressed by the way they, and especially Katrina Wilson, acted on the sale of another property which we purchased. But for the regular follow-up phone calls and “insistence” to attend, we probably wouldn’t have attended the auction at which we purchased the property.
