By getting yo know the buyers find what they were looking for he was able to ensure that the sake price was optimised. It was this time last year that we made a decision it was time to sell our home which we had leased out some 2 years prior. We were fortunate to have dream tenants, however they didn’t want to leave! It was at this point that we were introduced to Katrina Wilson, a real estate agent who we both heard good things about, and whilst we knew other real estate agents we felt we should talk to Katrina. Katrina worked with not only us, but our tenants for more than 1 year. She met our tenants, searched for alternative homes for them She showed them properties, she talked to the leasing agents, even before we had ever signed the contract appointing her to sell our home. During this time, we got to know Katrina well. We couldn’t believe her commitment to getting the job done - even before the property was up for sale. In late July this year, the tenants had found their new home and it was time to prepare the house for sale.
