We had previously both bought our house and leased through Brand Property and recently had to re-lease after the previous tenants vacated. Brand had new tenants moving in 2 weeks after the previous tenants vacated. Information flow was good throughout the process. A shout out to Pete McClellan of the Property Management Team who went out of his way to ensure a smooth transition from the previous to the current tenants including getting some work done to the house and grounds
