Our experience with this tenancy was mainly with Alyce Elliott who initially handled the problems with the former tenant .She handled the removal of the tenant and the extensive repair to the premises that were necessary.She was responsible for the referral of the new tenant and the necessary assessment of the tenant by us. The previous tenant had been completed and assessed by Sorensen Real Estate who had been taken over by your organisation. Our experience with the way you handled this matter was excellent particularly by Alyce Elliott.

Have been with Brand a few years now renting and they are always happy to reply back with any concerns, I have been lucky enough to secure another rental property through brand real-estate and as always they are helpful and honest and overall just the best real-estate to deal with, all staff are are easy going and approachable and are happy to work with tenants looking to rent through them, we have a big family and most agents didn't bother even looking at our applications, whereas brand was happy to help us secure another rental property and made the entire process less stressful, communication was excellent, especially at this time of the year when they are already super busy and stress levels are high with Christmas around the corner, they made sure to communicate and explain the rental process making it easier and stress free.
