Although Aaron was able to get my rental application approved, I think Brand Property as a whole can work on training their staff better. Some staff need to be able to communicate more effectively and help clients resolve issues when they arise on a timely basis. The one agent that really stood out for me was Dominique Kubecka. She was professional and competent at her job.
